All items including incorrectly ordered or unwanted items for refund or credit must be in resalable condition, including original packing, and the returned shipment has to be received within 30 days after the original shipping date. CPU, Memory, Hard disks, OS, and any other 3rd party outsourcing items are non-refundable.
All returned items are subjected to a 10% restocking fee (20% if the unit is visibly damaged or scratched) to cover the labor and parts used, and the shipping charge is non-refundable. Non-opened items will not be charged a restocking fee when the returned shipment is received within 7 days after receiving the product, but the shipping charge is non-refundable.
If a product is found DOA (Dead/Defective On Arrival), please return the unit within 7 days after receiving the product by freight collect. The vendee will first pay for the appropriate ground shipping service to our manufacturer. Our manufacturer will then inspect the defective unit and determine the cause of unit failure. If the defective unit is due by reason of improper workmanship or flawed material, we will refund the vendee the shipping cost for the ground service.
Note: Except in the event of a shipping error or orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our manufacturer.
For assembly defects, including non-installation of drives, power supplies, mother board and interface cards, we will accept the returns only if the parts/kit is complete and no physical or visible damage on the case is found. The case must be in our manufacturer’s original packaging.
No returns will be accepted without RMA authorization. Obtain an RMA number from our customer service department and provide the original invoice number, shipping date, completed RMA form with description of all items being returned and reason for the return are required.
Note: The vendee should prepay the shipping charge for returning the RMA parts to our manufacturer. Under the warranty, we will pay the shipping charge by our choice of UPS Ground, FedEX or USPS when the RMA item is being returned to the vendee. Returns sent by freight collect or C.O.D. will be refused.

This limited warranty is extended only to the purchaser whose name is shown on the invoice. Should a product prove to be defective by reason of improper workmanship or flawed material within 12 months from the invoice date, we will repair or replace the product and return it within 30 business days by our choice of UPS ground, FedEX or USPS if the product or parts are available at the time of return.
This limited warranty does not cover products which are damaged by accident, improper installation, misuse, lightening, fire, water, or other acts of nature; or if the product is altered or repaired by anyone other than our manufacturer or an authorized Tranquilnet representative.
If the product is out of warranty, the purchaser will pay a labor fee of $35 to inspect the unit. The purchaser is responsible to pay for replacement parts and shipping charges. If the unit is found defective, we will refund the labor fee.
