William Traenkle, the founder of Tranquilnet, was practically born to be a leader in the IT solutions field. William has been building and solving problems ever since he was a kid, and has dedicated his life to being on the cutting edge of technology and helping others take advantage of all modern technology can provide. A little over a year after graduating from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo (where he supported and managed the school’s infrastructure) in 2000, William founded Traenkle Networks. He did so  in order to bring the knowledge and expertise that he gained while performing tasks such as consulting for top accounting firm Ernst and Young, auditing Intel’s datacenter and technology systems and helping to start a data intelligence spinoff of Xerox, to small and growing businesses who desperately needed affordable, quality IT solutions. In 2004, William incorporated, got licensed as a California Low Voltage C-7 Contractor in order to provide structured cabling solutions to his clients, and Traenkle Networks became Tranquil Networks and was reborn in 2009 as Tranquilnet IT Solutions.

Other skills and experience that William brings with Tranquilnet IT Solutions include helping to build and deploy a nationwide encrypted email system for a well-known Texas company, building a custom web-based search and matching application to match executive level  doctors with the top five biopharmaceutical companies in the world, community service, including volunteering for LYTE (Lifting Youth Through Entrepreneurism), and a commitment to health, through hiking, camping, marathons, triathlons and other outdoor activities.
